An Open Mic for Everyone
Note: Town Hall events are approximately 75 minutes long.
Join us for Town Hall Seattle’s first-ever Open Mic night, where local voices take the stage! This evening, hosted by the vibrant Devika Vyas, celebrates Seattle’s artistic diversity, from storytellers to poets, musicians to comedians. Bring your unique act, or support our city’s talented performers. It’s an open invitation to try something new in the safe and welcoming space that is Town Hall. So grab that guitar, warm up those vocal cords, and get ready to cheer on local artists.
Devika Vyas is an Indian American event host and emcee from Washington. She brings warmth and energy to the spaces she cultivates, where people feel welcome to grow from one another and express themselves freely. Open mics represent a sacred place for Devika, where she is her brightest and most authentic self. Over the last five years, she has worked as a Spanish teacher, teaching students of all ages from preschool to 8th grade. Devika enjoys building community and hosts several monthly open mics at local cafes across the city.
Presented by Town Hall Seattle.
