Building Great Streets
A livestream will be available for this event.
Presented by Seattle Neighborhood Greenways. For questions about this event, please contact josh@seattlegreenways.org.
Vancouver and Montreal are leading North American cities building great streets to bike and walk. What can Seattle learn from our neighbors to the north?
Join Seattle Neighborhood Greenways for a special matinee program highlighting some of Canada’s best bicycle and people streets. Laura Jane (HUB Cycling) from Vancouver and Jean Beaudoin (Intégral Jean Beaudoin, Nomade Tactical Urbanism) from Montreal will be sharing lessons learned from their cities and how Seattle can borrow from North American peer cities to make its streets a better place to walk, bike, and roll.
Attendees will also be able to meet and greet with local organizations and advocates involved in related work.
