Seattle Parks Foundation presents
Lid I-5 Reconnections Social
Update on the I-5 Lid
A group of people read a poster with maps and diagrams about freeway lids. The poster title says "Have Lids Been Done Before?"

Lid I-5’s campaign to reconnect Seattle is moving forward and achieving results. Join their Reconnections Social to hear the latest project news, celebrate achievements, and mingle with campaign supporters. Councilmember Andrew Lewis (District 7) will provide a progress update on the City’s work to advance the project. You’ll come away refreshed and inspired for the future of Seattle!

The event will be held at Town Hall Seattle and this is an open house format. Doors open at 5:30PM and a brief program begins at 6PM. Light refreshments (food and non-alcoholic drinks) will be provided. Doors close at 8PM.

Lid I-5 is a volunteer community that has been working under the wings of Seattle Parks Foundation since 2015. Their mission is to build the case and constituency for lidding Interstate 5 and building a more connected, sustainable, and equitable Seattle.
