If you’ve been putting off the emotionally loaded and logistically overwhelming task of getting your end‑of‑life affairs in order, you’re in good company. Roughly 75% of U.S. adults don’t have a fully completed plan for a healthcare emergency or their death. And yet, some of the most critical steps take less than 15 minutes – and they can dramatically change outcomes for you and the people you love.

Join end‑of‑life planning consultants from the organization Known Wishes, for an active, practical session focused on the first steps that make the biggest difference. You’ll learn how to begin organizing your affairs with confidence, clarity, and make it feel far less overwhelming.

You’ll also learn what a complete end‑of‑life plan looks like and includes, such as: Advance Directives, POLST Forms, MAID & VSED Considerations, Durable Power of Attorneys, Disposition Choices & Planning, Digital and Financial Legacy Planning.

You’ll leave with a clear starting point, a realistic path forward, and the reassurance that getting your affairs in order is not only doable – it’s one of the most meaningful gifts you can give the people who care about you.

To make the most of this session, download and/or print the end-of-life planning packet from the Known Wishes website on the top of their resources page. You can make notes, develop questions, and bring with you to ask the consultants on site.
