Parking Lots

There is no on-site parking at our venue, but we are located near several parking garages. Click a location on the map for details.

Accessibility Notes
The closest at-grade parking lots near Town Hall Seattle are:

Diamond Parking Lot A911 – First Presbyterian Church on 8th Ave between Spring and Madison and (has designated disabled spots)
Key Park First Hill – At 8th and Madison (has designated disabled spots)
LAZ Parking at the 6th Ave/Coast Seattle Downtown Hotel has designated disabled spots and an elevator, but note that there is an incline on the walk up Seneca Street. See information on discounted parking at LAZ below.

Discounted Parking Rates

Town Hall Seattle partners with LAZ at the 6th Avenue/Coast Seattle Downtown Hotel to provide discounted parking for Town Hall patrons.

This garage is a short walk from Town Hall (.2 miles) and provides ADA-accessible parking with the convenience of prepayment online. See instructions and rates below.

Online reservations and discounted parking at the 6th Ave/Coast Seattle Downtown Hotel may be unavailable during high-traffic events. Town Hall Seattle does not own or operate this parking lot and is not responsible for availability, lot safety, or parking rates. Parking rates are subject to change without notice.

LAZ Parking

Discounted Rates

Weekdays – Monday through Friday

$11 for up to 8 hours after 9AM
$5.75 for Weekday Evenings from 4PM-11:30PM

Weekends – Saturday and Sunday

$9.90 for 2 hours or less, 9AM-4PM
$11 for up to 8 hours after 9AM
$5.75 for Weekend evenings from 4PM-11:30PM

Important information

Online reservations and discounted parking may be unavailable during high-traffic events (e.g. Comic Con, Sakura Con, The NW Flower & Garden Show, etc.) in Downtown Seattle.
You cannot enter the garage prior to your reservation start time.
Cancellations or changes may be made up to 24 hours in advance. For cancellations, or other help with your reservation, visit the LAZ parking website.
Parking reservations must be made in advance through the widget on Town Hall’s website to receive the discounted rates.

LAZ Parking Garage Instructions

Use the reservation maker above or visit this page to make your parking reservation: 6th Avenue Garage LAZ Parking – Town Hall Discounted Evening Parking
After a reservation has been created, a confirmation email will be emailed to the address you provided.
Access the QR code needed for entry via the “Get My Pass” link within the email.
When you arrive at the garage, scan the QR code located in your pass at the entry lane. Scan the same QR code in order to exit.

Bike Parking

14 bike parking spots are available near the corner of 8th and Seneca.

If you plan to utilize a bike-share service, please park your bike off of Town Hall’s property and in accordance with the City of Seattle bike parking regulations and within the bike-sharing service’s guidelines.
