There is no on-site parking at Town Hall Seattle, but we are located near several parking garages. See the map below for details on pricing, hours, and more.

Town Hall Seattle also partners with LAZ at the 6th Avenue/Hilton Hotel Garage to provide discounted parking for Town Hall Seattle patrons. This garage is a short walk from Town Hall (about 0.2 miles) and provides ADA-accessible parking and the convenience of prepayment online. See below for details on how to reserve your spot!

LAZ Parking

LAZ Parking is located at 6th Avenue Garage (Hilton Hotel) and provides discounted parking for Town Hall Seattle patrons. This garage provides ADA-accessible parking and the convenience of prepayment online.*

Note: Town Hall Seattle does not own or operate LAZ Parking or any parking garage. We offer this information as a service for our patrons and do not accept responsibility for any parking mishaps or fees. 

*Online reservations and discounted parking at the 6th Ave/Hilton Hotel Garage may be unavailable during high-traffic events in Downtown Seattle.

Rates

The discounted parking rates for Town Hall patrons at the 6th Avenue Garage are:

Weekdays from 9AM-4PM

  • 2 hours or less – $9
  • 2-8 hours – $11 from 9AM-4PM

Weekday Evenings from 4PM-12AM

  • $5.75 for the entire duration that you’re parked between the hours of 4PM and 12AM

Weekends

  • 2 hours or less – $9
  • 2-10 hours – $12

Important information

  • Online reservations and discounted parking may be unavailable during high-traffic events (e.g. Comic Con, The NW Flower & Garden Show, etc.) in Downtown Seattle.
  • You cannot enter the garage prior to your reservation start time.
  • Cancellations or changes may be made up to 24 hours in advance. For cancellations, or other help with your reservation, visit the LAZ parking website.
  • Parking reservations must be made in advance to receive the discounted rates. To reserve your spot, follow the instructions below.

LAZ Parking Garage Instructions

  • Use the reservation maker below or visit this page to make your parking reservation: 6th Avenue Garage LAZ Parking – Town Hall Discounted Evening Parking
  • After a reservation has been created, a confirmation email will be emailed to the address you provided.
  • Access the QR code needed for entry via the “Get My Pass” link within the email.
  • When you arrive at the garage, scan the QR code located in your pass at the entry lane. Scan the same QR code in order to exit.
