Featuring Prep Choir, Fresca, and Amabile

About the Event: When people are forced to leave their homelands, they take many things with them, including cultural treasures such as art, song, or instruments. Music continues to arise from people in diaspora; new musical fusions mark their journeys. Join us for a concert of music that follows the path of its people.

About the Organization:

Since 1972, Northwest Girlchoir has been empowering young people to find their voice through outstanding music education, dynamic choral performances, and an enduring community. In addition to hosting a dynamic concert season, NWGC regularly commissions new choral compositions, participates in local festivies and civic events, and travels to regional and international festivals and concert tours. Choristers collaborate with engaging teacher-conductors, peers, and guest artists while developing as confident musicians, performers, teammates, and leaders.
