SCMS Artistic Director James Ehnes is joined by audience favorite Andrew Armstrong for an afternoon showcasing the virtuosity of the violin–piano repertoire. Featuring works by Christian Sinding, Johannes Brahms, Béla Bartók, and additional selections announced from the stage, the program spans centuries of music written for this instrumental duo. Together, these pieces offer the chance to hear the expressive and technical possibilities of violin and piano.
