Join Philharmonia Northwest at Town Hall for our annual Children’s Concert, featuring an hour of fun music for the entire family! Relive memories from the Harry Potter films with John Williams’ magical scores. Then, learn about the different instruments of the orchestra with The Young Person’s Guide to the Orchestra, narrated by KING FM’s Dave Beck.
2 performances on 11/23! Both the 12pm and 2pm performances feature a welcoming environment for young children, relaxed audience etiquette expectations, an under-1-hour program of exciting music for audience members of all ages, and an instrument petting zoo in the lobby provided by Music Center of the Northwest. The 12pm show includes added supports for audience members who are neurodiverse or have sensory processing challenges, including dimmed lights, lower volumes, and reduced audience size; fidget toys will also be provided.
