Whether you create art, support the arts, or just love being around creative energy this event is your invitation to become part of a vibrant community.

Newcomers only please! If you’ve already experienced a Welcome Day or have been living here more than three years – please let the newcomers get in first.

Join 100 newcomer art enthusiasts at a joyful, activity-based evening where you will build connections and leave with real momentum towards building a life in Seattle that is rooted in creativity and community.

What to expect:

Meet arts and culture enthusiasts who moved to the city recently (new friends!)
Take part in fun, creative activities designed to spark connection
Learn about opportunities to get involved with local arts and culture organizations
Develop your vision for a creativity and connection filled life in Seattle

Leave with a personalized roadmap for your connected life in Seattle—plus a beautifully designed Seattle Journal (a $25 value) to help you track your journey and connections along the way

Come at 6:00 PM to grab dinner from local food trucks and mingle before programming begins at 6:30. You’re welcome to bring your own food, too—what matters is showing up.

Welcome Day is hosted by Charlotte Massey and Aaron Hurst
