What would it look like if social movements had the same level of engagement and support as the world’s biggest entertainers? Adam Met, climate advocate, educator, and member of the multi-platinum band AJR, gained firsthand experience growing an audience from the ground up as the band progressed from playing in living rooms to selling out arenas. Now, Met hopes to provide a blueprint for increasing activism and building support for the causes you care about.

With award-winning journalist Heather Landy, Met offers strategies on how to apply fan-building principles to social movements. In the new book Amplify: How to Use the Power of Connection to Engage, Take Action, and Build a Better World, readers are advised on how to develop passionate supporters (i.e., fans) using engagement, collaboration, and authentic connection, with tactics designed with the intention of inspiring people to spread your message and act on it.
