Rental Publicity Form

    Once we receive your security deposit and a signed copy of the rental contract, this information will be considered for the Town Hall monthly calendar, website, press releases, social media, and other publicity outlets under the Community category designating rental events.

    Rental listings are typically posted on our website 4-6 weeks prior to the event; the publicity form must be submitted for our team to complete your listing. If you need your listing to go up sooner or by a specific date, please let us know by emailing our Communications Team.

  • Tell us about your event. Please be sure to include: a description of the event, short biographies for anyone on stage, and a brief description of your organization.

    It can also be helpful to describe the intended audience experience, as well as any details about speakers, repertoire, or special features that make up the program’s contents.

    Based on your supplied description, Town Hall will create an event listing, calendar copy, and other written promotional materials using Town Hall's voice and style.
  • Please list all available ticket prices and restrictions and/or benefits of each, including indicating if your program will be free.
  • Provide a link to additional information about the event (your website, Facebook event page, etc). We will link to this page from your Town Hall event listing.

  • Beginning 9/15/22, masks are strongly encouraged, but are no longer required at Town Hall Seattle. Rental partners have the option to continue to require masking and/or vaccination for your event. Please keep us informed of your plans so we are prepared ahead of time.

  • Event Images

    Please provide up to five hi-res images (photos, logos, or art). With the exception of logos, the images should NOT contain any text. Images should be at least 400 px high; Maximum file size should not exceed 3MB.

    If an image is not provided, Town Hall will select a neutral stock image to represent your event on our website.
