Ticketing Policies

Refunds

We are happy to process refunds for event cancellations, or unexpected format revisions (i.e. a program moving from in-person to virtual) To request a refund please email patronservices@townhallseattle.org before the date of your ticketed event. Funds will be returned to your account in 3-7 business days. Please note: Only the price of the ticket will be refunded. Ticket fees will not be included in refund.

Exchanges

We’re always happy to exchange your ticket for an in-person event to the virtual event if you find you cannot attend in-person. Just reach out to our Patron Services team at patronservices@townhallseattle.org with your name, the name of the event, and how many tickets you would like to convert. 

Sold Out Events & Standby

At this time, if an in-person event is sold to capacity, we will not host a standby line at the door. Most events are also livestreamed, so if you miss out on getting tickets, watching the stream is the best way to enjoy the event alternatively.
