Looking for your tickets or past purchases? Login to your my.THS account to access your personalized dashboard!
We are happy to process refunds for event cancellations, or unexpected format revisions (i.e. a program moving from in-person to virtual) To request a refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org before the date of your ticketed event. Funds will be returned to your account in 3-7 business days. Please note: Only the price of the ticket will be refunded. Ticket fees will not be included in refund.
We’re always happy to exchange your ticket for an in-person event to the virtual event if you find you cannot attend in-person. Just reach out to our Patron Services team at email@example.com with your name, the name of the event, and how many tickets you would like to convert.
Sold Out Events & Standby
At this time, if an in-person event is sold to capacity, we will not host a standby line at the door. Most events are also livestreamed, so if you miss out on getting tickets, watching the stream is the best way to enjoy the event alternatively.
