Introducing my.THS, your one-stop dashboard for Town Hall tickets, donations, and memberships. With this new personalized hub you can purchase tickets and watch livestreams all from within your account. Plus, donations and membership purchases are now in the same shopping cart as tickets.

Getting Started on my.THS
You will need to register for a new account on my.THS if you’ve never used it before.
- Visit my.townhallseattle.org
- Click the “Register” tab
- Enter your email (the same one you typically use to engage with Town Hall), and your name
- Set a new password
- You’re in!
Your current membership and any upcoming event tickets should display inside your account.
my.THS Frequently Asked Questions
What can I do with my.THS?
With your my.THS account you can make donations, join or renew your membership, purchase tickets, and watch livestreams.
I already have an account with Town Hall, do I still have to register?
Yes! Because this is a brand new system, you will have to register your email address in the new account to access your account information, tickets, and to watch the events. Your current membership status and any upcoming event tickets will appear within your dashboard.
How do I watch events?
How to send a ticket to friend.
Navigate to your tickets page inside my.THS and click “Send to Friend.” They will receive an email with a ticket.
How do I ask a question during an event?
The chat on the event player doubles as our Q&A field. The chat field appears just below the main video player.
Can I renew my membership and buy tickets at the same time?
Yes you can! Before or after adding tickets to your cart, you can also add a new membership and pay in the same transaction.
How do I access member pricing and vouchers?
Your account will auto-detect whether you have a current membership and display available pricing and vouchers while you’re purchasing tickets.
I just renewed my membership or purchased a ticket and it’s not showing up in my account.
Sometimes great things take time! Try waiting a couple minutes and refreshing the page. If your items don’t show in your account within 15 minutes, please reach out to our Patron Services teams at email@example.com
I am having issues with my password for my.THS
Remember that if you’ve never logged into my.THS before, you will need to create a new account, otherwise click “Don’t remember your password?” on the login screen and follow the prompts.
