Ruchika-Tulshyan“Womenomics,” the ability of women to lead, promote, inspire, and create change in the workforce, has seen a global surge. In light of this, outlining the necessary steps toward achieving this power has become more important than ever. Jackie VanderBrug, senior vice president with U.S. Trust, and author Ruchika Tulshyan (The Diversity Advantage) will highlight the many ways women are crucial to workplace success–and explain how to leverage the trend of “womenomics.” In conversation with a second guest speaker, VanderBrug will give insight into the unique power of women as entrepreneurs, investors, and philanthropists. Useful for all women (and the men in their lives) this conversation is necessary in a world where “girl power is on the rise.”
