Ezra Levin, a 31-year-old associate director at a national anti-poverty nonprofit, is the president and co-author of Indivisible: A Practical Guide for Resisting the Trump Agenda. He and a team of former congressional staffers had an idea: what if you give ordinary citizens “insider information” to drive successful grassroots political activism to resist the agenda of the current administration? Since December this guide has been downloaded more than one million times, viewed more than 17 million times and more than 6,000 organizations have signed up to resist the president’s agenda in every congressional district in the country.
