Following Dr. DeGruy’s event highlighting healing strategies for African American communities, facilitator ChrisTiana ObeySumner invites attendees to join them at Optimism Brewing Company for a post-event processing circle focused on how we can be accomplices in antiracism. They create a space for folks who identify as White to take a deeper dive into the practice of cultural humility through discussion, awareness, and deconstruction of power dynamics. Join ObeySumner and your fellow empathetic Seattlites and engage in the process of self-evaluation in a gracious space through courageous conversation.
