What does it mean to explore sensation, mindset, and outlook through music? Local composer and Fremont Bridge Resident Paurl Walsh presents Bascule, an idiosyncratic musical piece that brings together classical chamber performance and electronic and visual media. One of the first concerts back in Town Hall’s newly renovated Great Hall, Bascule offers a dark and expressive meditation on depression and the shared emotional trials that come with being human. Sit in for a unique, somber, adventurous concert that pushes the boundaries of our emotional understanding, of our Great Hall’s acoustic capabilities, and of our very concept of chamber music.
