Exploring the Hidden Magic of Math

Arthur Benjamin

Known as a “mathemagician,” Arthur Benjamin (The Secrets of Mental Math) wants everyone to understand that while math can be seriously complex–it’s also seriously fun. The Magic of Math uses everyday examples (like measuring far-off mountains and figuring out your next poker move) to unravel the mysteries of algebra, geometry, calculus, and other types of math. Using accessible examples and simple equations, he’ll highlight the many ways that math can be not only educational, but entertaining. Already love math? He’ll give you a new appreciation for it.
