THEESatisfaction, the “lo-fi rebel hiphop” duo of Seattle’s Stasia Irons and Catherine Harris-White, has a way with playful rhymes. They also have a way with fans, thanks to a handful of EPs, a headlining gig at the Capitol Hill Block Party, and a featured role on fellow Sub Pop band Shabazz Palaces’ album Black Up. Seattle Times blogger Andrew Matson called THEESatisfaction a “jazzy, sci-fi-loving, neo-bohemian female duo”; kids will call them a whole lot of fun. Presented by Town Hall. Series media sponsorship provided by ParentMap and KEXP.
Tickets are free for kids 12 and under/$5 for adults with children/$25 unaccompanied adults. Tickets are required for children and adults and are available at Brown Paper Tickets or 800/838-3006.
