Lake Union Civic Orchestra: Beethoven, Debussy & Shostakovich

Friday, February 22, 2013, 7:30 – 9:30pm

Great Hall; enter on Eighth Avenue. $18/$13.

The highly regarded, all-volunteer LUCO (led by acclaimed music director Christophe Chagnard) presents a wide-ranging concert designed to move you in every way: the mercurial pathos of Beethoven (Leonore, Overture No. 3); the infinite poetry and imagery of Debussy (Printemps); and the epic drama of Shostakovich, who with his first symphony established himself as one the last great masters of the genre.  Presented by Lake Union Civic Orchestra.

Advance tickets are $18/$13 senior/student, at luco.org.
