DESCRIPTION:Now that the broadcast schedule for the 2013 Inauguration ceremony has been published\, Town Hall has planned its traditional community viewing party accordingly. And while we can’t match the record crowd of 1.8 million who attended Barack Obama’s 2009 Presidential Inauguration in Washington\, D.C.\, we can offer the next best thing in this Washington&#058 a free Seattle party complete with celebratory atmosphere\, big-screen coverage\, and coffee and light breakfast items for purchase. The theme for the 2013 Inauguration is “Faith in America’s Future\,” commemorating the country’s perseverance and unity\, and marking the 150th anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation and the placement of the Statue of Freedom atop the Capitol Dome. Our celebration\, in our own grandly domed Great Hall\, begins at 8 a.m.\, giving you time to snack\, chat\, and settle in for the 8&#05830-9 a.m. call to order\, invocation\, and swearing-in of Joseph Biden as Vice President\, followed by Obama’s encore swearing-in as President of the United States and his second inaugural address.
